Rick
and Dolores have worked together in real estate since 2005. Rick, as a full
time appraiser since 2001 in the Denver market area, and Dolores as an assistant.
With that background, we see the market from a value point of view. We are accustomed
to dealing in "cold hard" facts. And because of that insight, we have
a deep understanding of exactly how the market works - for example, why do some
homes sell faster than others? There are differences in everything - especially
real estate. Our case files prove it.
Over time we realized that we really lived real estate, literally. Not only
were we working in it seven days a week, but we developed a passion for it.
When we started taking our appraisal work to the next level - saying, "what
would we do differently in marketing this home - how could we improve on this
- should it be priced higher than it is," then we knew we had the skills
and experience to do much more than we were doing. This was the beginning of
something big.
In 2007, we decided to join forces - her passion and his technical insight.
In the driving force to form an identity, Rick was adamant on focusing on what
he does best - his appraisal skills. Dolores brings marketing excitement and
flair to the mix. Together, we knew we had the power to elevate real estate
to a new level. It is one thing to say you have mastery of a craft - it is a
far different thing to prove it. We refine every step of buying or selling real
estate to an art. We have the plan and the expertise to carry it through. This
